1. Use of Content

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos and event photography, is the property of BROOD Magazine Limited and is protected by copyright law. Copying, distributing or reproducing content beyond “fair use” without our explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Event Tickets & Booking

Tickets for BROOD Live events are sold via Ticket Tailor and are subject to availability. By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following:

• All ticket sales are final. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event date. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by BROOD Magazine Limited.
• We reserve the right to alter the event programme, speakers, venue or timings. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by us, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future event.
• Attendees must be 18 years or older unless otherwise stated. Children and babies are welcome where explicitly noted in the event listing.

3. Event Conduct

We want every attendee to have a safe and enjoyable experience. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive or dangerous. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

4. Photography & Filming

Professional photography and videography will take place at BROOD Live events. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and to the use of such images and footage by BROOD Magazine Limited for promotional purposes across print, digital and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a member of the team on the day.

5. User-Generated Content

We do not currently allow user-generated content (such as comments, uploads or forums) on this website, but may introduce these features in the future. When enabled, you must not post unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

6. Age Restrictions

There are no age restrictions for browsing this website. Age restrictions for event attendance are detailed in the relevant event listing.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms and services, including Ticket Tailor (for event tickets), Mailchimp (for newsletters and updates), Google Analytics, Stripe and PayPal (for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Liability

BROOD Magazine Limited accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss or damage to property at our events, except where caused by our negligence. Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content on the Site is error-free or current. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site.

9. Intellectual Property

The BROOD Live name, BROOD Magazine name, logos and all associated branding are trademarks of BROOD Magazine Limited. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
